Well... I TRIED to start a positive ToyFest post on the WHITE BOARD...

I'm sure I wasted a few good hours today trying to educate the whiners even though I knew it was useless...

I just pisses me off that these idots can't see past the end of their own dicks and realize that a line doesn't suck or that McFarlane isn't listening to the fans just because they don't like some of the figs...

These children have no insight into the reasons behind what we're given... let alone the concept of how to make intelligent business decisions... and yet they think they know best.

I would personally like to bitch-slap some of those ignorant fuckers.

I just avoid talking **** with moak and it keeps us getting along fine.

MOAK is just the typical kid who feels powerful behind the "safety" of a computer screen. I can almost guarantee you if any one of us met him in person, he'd probably just look at his shoes and mumble most of the time. Not saying he's the anti-christ or anything, I've personally never had a problem with him, and I don't consider him a bad guy. The only bad thing I can really say is that his pro-N3CA / anti-McF shit got old a REAL long time ago...he dug his own hole with that issue and he obviously has a bad rep because of it.

I think the real problem (aside from the dickheads who PURPOSEFULLY cause trouble on the white board) is how personally everyone takes everything. A lot of people tend to become advocates for the different toy companies, thus identified as "fanboys" because of it. There was a time a number of years ago when most folks considered me to be an "ass kisser" and "McF fanboy" because of my seemingly blind support of the company. But once people had the chance to see things first hand like I had, then the tune changed. So I try to keep that in mind when people like MOAK are labeled as "fanboys"...maybe he knows something about N3CA that we don't.

Ultimately, I find it best at this point to just not be involved in those kinds of discussions on the white board. That's why things work here...we can say what we want, and everyone respects everyone else even if we disagree. Fighting just isn't worth the energy....there are plenty of cool people over here to talk with [img]smile.gif[/img]

MOAK doesn't like fighting more than any of you. That is why he created his own board. Ask anyone that has been there, there are no fights and no bashing of any company.

It was the N3CA hugger comment that set him off. Just like derogatory McFarlane comments make set some of you off. Give the guy a break. He's a good kid. And he, like me, loves the movie figures the best. N3CA just happens to be making most of them wich is why he praises them more than McFarlane nowadays.

my only problem with moak is it seems like every conversation i have with him turns negative.

He's sort of like an annoying little brother, whenever he acts like a fool I just tell him to shut the fuck up and everything's cool. People just take things too personal.

nope, gotten into too many heated debates on that. I dont like the putting down McFarlane on their board CONSTANTLY while promoting some other company. Wont talk about it anymore with him. He cant do it without getting all annoying and cut-throat about it and I prefer to get along with him. therefore, I dont talk **** with him.

I still say people are looking too much into it, he's said alot of bad things about ****, and he's loved most McFarlane stuff that they've produced, but noone notices that, I guess. The bad is what they remember.
